ROOTED is an 8-week culturally affirming confidence and empowerment group for girls ages 8–13, hosted at Integrated Mental Health Associates. This small-group experience focuses on building self-esteem, emotional skills, identity, and healthy peer connections in a supportive and engaging environment.

Led by a licensed play therapist, the group uses developmentally appropriate, strengths-based and culturally affirming activities to support confidence, emotional expression, and resilience.

Program Options:
• Elementary Group (Ages 8–10, Grades 3–5) • Middle School Group (Ages 11–13, Grades 6–8)

This is a structured 8-week series with limited spots to ensure a supportive and personalized group experience.
