PhxSoul.com, LLC will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 14 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full refund. For items just being returned there will be a 10% restocking fee per item.
To exchange an order, please contact us and reference your original order number for the product you are returning.
PhxSoul.com, LLC will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $6.00)
PhxSoul.com, LLC will NOT reimburse shipping charges for an exchange for wrong size. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit.
If returning or exchanging an item, clothing must be clean. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by PhxSoul.com, LLC as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted.
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be returned.
