Join Girlfriend Culture for Return to the Body—a nourishing, movement-based gathering led by trauma therapist, yoga teacher, and Executive Wellness Coach Breah Robinson, LCSW. In this healing space designed especially for Black women, we’ll explore what it means to come home to ourselves through gentle yoga, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices.
This immersive experience invites you to pause, soften, and root back into your body—especially if you’ve been conditioned to overextend, overperform, or carry more than your share. Whether you’re navigating burnout, body disconnection, or the weight of being the one who holds it all together, this workshop is an invitation to release, to remember, and to reclaim.
Expect a blend of movement, rest, reflection, and deep care—guided by Breah’s Embodied Care™ framework and her commitment to wellness that is not performative or punitive, but liberating, relational, and rooted in compassion.
Come for the yoga, stay for the brunch, leave more connected to your body and your truth.
