Empowering Teens to “Be The Change” – Free West Valley Youth Conference Set for July 18

West Valley teens and their parents are invited to a FREE night of inspiration, fun, and empowerment at the “Be The Change” Teen Youth Conference, hosted by Haus of Cheer Mentorship nonprofit (HOCM) on Friday, July 18 from 5 to 10 p.m. at AZ Vineyard Church, 255 N. Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
Designed for teens ages 11-18 navigating the pressures of today’s world, the event will offer high-energy experiences paired with heartfelt connection and leadership development.
“We want girls and boys to walk out feeling seen, heard, and inspired to be exactly who they are, without apology,” said Stephanie Brown, CEO of HOCM and an educator, coach, and longtime youth mentor.
Highlights Include:
- Powerful Speakers & Workshops
Teens will hear real stories and life-changing messages about leadership, self-expression, and embracing their uniqueness from speakers who understand their journey, featuring:- Randy Spencer, speaker and youth organizer with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers
- Ever Forward Club, nationally recognized for building character and emotional intelligence
- Stephanie Brown, founder of HOCM and a passionate advocate for girls
Live Music & Entertainment
A live DJ, special performances, and interactive games will keep the energy high and the vibes fun all night long.

Haus of Cheer Mentorship (HOCM) provides mentorship services for young women, empowering them to become their own cheerleader first. Founded by West Valley resident Stephanie Brown in 2025 HOCM creates supportive spaces that foster confidence, leadership, and self-expression for the next generation.
