Top Ladies of Distinction to Host 45th Annual Area VI Leadership Conference in Phoenix on Feb. 20-22

Phoenix, AZ — The Phoenix Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) is proud to announce that it will host the 45th Annual Area VI Leadership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, February 20–22, 2026. The event will take place at the Hilton Phoenix Airport Hotel, bringing together Top Ladies, Top Teens, and Lords from across Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

The conference is designed to foster leadership development, community service, and collaboration among the distinguished members of Area VI. Attendees will participate in dynamic workshops, impactful community service projects, and engaging activities focused on advancing the TLOD Inc. initiatives through the conference theme, Next Level Community Service, Next Level Area Growth: Working as One-Making a Difference.

Key organizers include Phoenix Chapter President Lady Diana Washington-Crawford, Conference Chair, Lady Tonette Echols, along with Ladies Deborah Cotton and Carla Washington, and Top Teen President, Khyana Williams as Conference Co-Chairs. Together, they extend a warm Arizona welcome and encourage all attendees to Level Up, with engaging workshops, meaningful community service, and enjoyable bonding activities.

One highlight of the weekend will be an Awards Night Dinner to honor Special Humanitarian Recipients and showcase the Community Service Project Presentation. The conference will conclude on Sunday with the highly anticipated UNCF Gospel Breakfast, a celebration of heritage and educational advancement for youth.
