Teenage Emerging Jazz Artist Ayo Brame to Perform LIVE at The Nash in Phoenix on June 11

Ayo Brame, a 16-year-old, up-and-coming jazz musician (tenor sax) out of Oakland, California will be performing LIVE at The Nash in Phoenix on June 11! Show starts at 3 PM.

Brame is completing my sophomore year at Oakland School of the Arts (OSA) where he has studied under several accomplished musicians since entering middle school.

In addition to OSA’s instruction under the instrumental emphases, Brame has consistently sought additional tutelage and mentorship from Richard Howell by way of Oaktown Jazz.

Brame considers himself to be a purist when it comes to jazz as he channels late greats such as John Coltrane, and Wayne Shorter.
