Spanning a weekend of indulgence and cultural celebration, our festival is a vibrant showcase of the rich tapestry of food and beverages that originate from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Black America.

At the heart of our festival is a recognition of the talented chefs, innovative food trucks, and visionary restaurateurs who are making significant contributions to the food industry by promoting and preserving the flavors of the diaspora.

We shine a spotlight on their excellence and dedication to crafting culinary delicacies that tantalize the taste buds and nourish the soul, including:
