BLK LIVE presents the dynamic Gina Fletcher and the Band on Sunday evening, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, October 21 with special guest Amy Symonds and Nick Sterling at 7301 E. Butherus Dr. Scottsdale.
Five Star Management is proud announce the return of songstress Gina Fletcher and the Band to BLK LIVE for the third time. Fletcher is a native of Brooklyn, NY and daughter of the late jazz singer Sam Fletcher.
Gina’s background includes extensive study in the field of psychology which allowed her to work in human services for 40 years.
Gina received numerous accolades following her wins on Apollo’s “Amateur Night.”
Gina has written, produced and arranged two bodies of her independent inspirational music, resulting in a personal transformation, however, upon finding her connection with God and self, she was compelled to include her story of personal triumph via ministering through her amazing voice.
Audiences are instantly motivated and inspired once they experience Gina. She is sultry, raw and smooth. She has covered many musical genres, Jazz, R&B, Neo-soul, Pop and Dance, with her strong roots in the church, she has recorded inspirational music with Shedrick Mitchell and Raymond Angry, and delighted fans with her performance on two albums with reggae artist Frankie Paul and returning to the studio to work with Carlene Davis and John Holt. Gina remains under the tutelage of Grammy winner, George Benson.
This event will be a magical evening of music and dance featuring special guest principal dancer and choreographer, Amy Symonds. Symonds is an award-winning dancer and choreographer who has performed the leading roles in Firebird, Giselle, Paquita, and the Nutcracker with the Youth American Ballet Company.
